Saffron Walden Police Station
Cityshape Heritage recently redeveloped the former Saffron Walden Police Station. The scheme provided 7 houses; 4 new builds and 3 conversions.
1 - 4 Constable Place
The four new builds comprise two pairs of semi-detached houses ranging from circa 1,900 sqft to 2,600sqft and provide a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms.
They have underfloor heating throughout the groundfloor, bifold doors onto the garden and a large roof terrace from the master bedroom overlooking the Common.
5-7 Constable Place
The three conversions also comprised 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. These houses incorporate original fireplaces, high ceilings and light airy rooms as you'd expect in original Victorian properties.
Sizes range from circa 1,500sqft to 3,000sqft.
Each property has views over the Common, two parking spaces in a private gated development, a bespoke handmade kitchen and high-quality appliances throughout.
