PAUL MARSHALL MRICS - CHAIRMAN
Paul has over 40 years’ experience working as a Chartered Surveyor and a Property Developer. Graduating from the College of Estate Management with a degree in Estate Management, he worked as a Chartered Surveyor before setting up property development company Cityshape. Since founding the company, Paul has specialised in high end residential and commercial developments primarily in London and the south east. One of Paul’s particular career highlights was the creation of Linear House in Highgate which was an award winning building at the forefront of sustainable design.
Having run the company for many years, Paul is now Chairman of the Cityshape Group of companies and is actively involved in the strategic decisions.
When he is not working, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife Moyra, their 4 children and three grandchildren, travelling, walking, boating, trekking and involvement with classic cars. Paul was also a Governor at Highgate School and Chairman of the Estates Committee for many years and recently retired from this post.
CELINE DIMENT MRTPI - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Celine is a Chartered Planner with over 10 years’ experience in the property industry. She spent 6 years at CBRE working as a Senior Planning Consultant and has also worked in lettings for Chestertons as well as starting her career working as a surveyor for Cityshape. Celine graduated from the University of Reading with a Masters degree in Development Planning and the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Property Development. She also has an RICS accredited Certificate in Construction Project Management.
Celine is the Managing Director of the Cityshape Group. She has responsibility for sourcing and purchasing sites, obtaining planning permission, instructing consultants, project managing the build, instructing agents and selling/letting the properties. Celine also manages the residential investment portfolio of our sister company Follis Investments Ltd.
When she is not on a building site, Celine enjoys spending time with her children as well as running, weight lifting, trampolining and undertaking adventures such as cycling across the Pyrenees.
MOYRA MARSHALL - DIRECTOR
Moyra comes from an entrepreneurial career in the beauty industry where she ran her own successful business for many years. She brings her extensive client facing and interpersonal skills to her non-executive position as Director and major shareholder of the group parent company.
The human insight that she brings ensures that our architectural and planning expertise translates to the creation of special, characterful homes. She also has a key role in maintaining team morale and communication across the wider construction team.
STEPHEN FOLLIS - DIRECTOR
Stephen has 40 years’ experience working in Local Government for Dorset Council in the area of Payroll and technical Human Resources. He is professionally qualified with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (Foundation Degree in Payroll Management). Whilst working for Dorset Council, he has also gained considerable experience of team and people management.
When not working, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family (he is married with 2 adult children) reading, model making and walking (enjoying the beauty of Dorset and the Jurassic Coast, where he lives, whenever time allows).
PHIL TREVOR - TREVOR CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
Phil Trevor heads up Trevor Construction Limited who have been responsible for all construction on our projects for many years. TCL have undertaken projects for us as diverse as the Great Dunmow development of a greenfield site into 7 luxury houses, the conversion of the Police station in Saffron Walden and the new houses as part of that development as well as taking over a canal side scheme of town houses in Islington in mid construction.
Recently Trevor Construction has been awarded the western region 'Best New House 2021' in the LABC awards for the house built for our associated company Cityshape Investments Limited and is a contender for 'Best LABC New House 2021' in the UK.
We are delighted to have had such a long term relationship with this company and hope that this will continue as we look to the future.
